Ohh...such a hard question!
I would say it is a tie between Italy, Morocco, Greece, Israel (avoiding all the violence of course), Turkey, and Egypt. I'm such a history/archeology geek that all these places appeal to me so much! I've already been to Greece, but there is so much left I still want to see.

I would go back to the Greek islands and spend more time on Santorini and Mykonos, and visit Patmos, Cypress and Malta. We were in Santorini and Mykonos briefly on a cruise and it was so beautiful, I would love to spend more time there without having to rush.
