They want a cheaper Heroine . It's made by the government to keep junkies off the needle but they just abuse it anyway. Like Methadone, they won't use it properly. It's free, so they go for it.

They want it for the effect it has upon them when taken in sufficent quanities to get "stoned". It is a combination of hydrocodone (narcotic ingredient) and acetaminophen (aka Tylenol). It is a controlled narcotic that is classified as a C-III according to the DEA.
