The fastest way to lose weight is watch what you eat and any kind of aerobics, running, walking.
Start slow by walking or running or aerobics just 20 minutes a day but I would work up to at least 30 minutes per day. Running works off the fat faster than anything but some people have trouble later with their back and knees. If you choose to walk start at a leisurely pace and speed things up as you get in better shape. Bicycling is another but you really have to ride hard or long to get the same results.
Eat a variety of fruits and drink plenty of water. Lay off the soft drinks and donuts.
Weight lifting is a good way to get in shape but you have to be careful not to lift too much too soon. And you don't have to lift heavy weights to get results. The real trick is to do a little homework find a routine you like and stay with it. Later you'll have to mix it up a bit to stay interested and to keep the body from getting used to the same ol routine. There are plenty of books on the subject just go to a book store and look around.

The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

I DON'T believe in "dieting", "pillz" or "weight loss trickz" (becauze health should ALWAYZ come first!!) but I'd say, one of the most important aspectz of losing weight is iz making sure that your body iz free of toxinz by way of INTESTINAL / COLON CLEANSING.
The cleaner your body iz, the more nutrientz your body can absorb! You see, it doesn't make sense to take herbz, vitaminz, veggiez and other great stuff into a filthy colon! Your body won't be able to absorb ANY of it!!
So first, get rid of the extra 'waste' and that ALONE will make the poundz roll right off!!
Also drink plenty of water daily (with a squeeze of lemon or lime juice to help the body absorb the water much better), eat PLENTY of fresh fruitz & veggiez (eliminate ALL processed foodz) and do plenty of safe cardio with light weightz-about 30 minutez to an hour.
ALL of theze thingz TOGETHER will definitely help you lose weight and QUICKLY!!
Also, visualize the size you wanna be and do a daily affirmation to make it more real...

LAP SWIMMING more than 1/2 a mile each day non-stop

or

jogging at least 3 miles nonstop

or

circuit training (weight lifting using machines giong around a "circuit" of different machines for a bout 1/2 hour

the other stuff doesn't burn enough calories to help lose weight!

A good 30/40 minute brisk walk every day or at least 4/5 times a week will do the trick.

You may also wish to combine a sporting activity, that you enjoy, to your lifestyle. (Swimming, tennis etc.) This helps to promote social interaction as well.

In addition you should stick to a sensible diet.

I've lost 6 lbs and I’ve only been taking it a month.

Most people say the best way is do lots of walking. Everyday at least 40 minutes.

walk walk walk 50 minutes a day three times or more a week or alternate with biking 1 hour and a half or 2 hours.....walk walk walk bike bike walk walk walk.....also swimming helps a lot
