My siamese kitten is 5 months old and she has cysts in all of her breasts. She just went into heat and developed these.

I have taken her to the vets and he said it was very unusual and we need to keep and eye on them. Can't I just get them removed..

Did you get her from a breeder? I would talk to the breeder if this is so.
I had an 11 yr old neutered male applehead Siamese die of mammary cancer! I learned afterwards that there is a higher incidence of this in the Siamese.
For the female cat, having gone through a heat or having even one pregnancy or birth can predispose her to this cancer. This is true of all kinds of cats, not just Siamese.
I would spay her right now. Also make sure you get her to the vet for regular monitoring.

Yeah, its just like human babies having swollen breast when they are born. Its just the hormones that come from the mother during gestation. But, if it really bothers you, take her to the vet and have her looked at. I would also think that if you get her spayed, that wouldn't happen. Like I said, ask the vet.

I had a kitten with the same problem, cats are pretty much the same as us. I had the cysts removed, now my kitty is a diabetic and I have to give her shots once a day.
