The phrase is not correct spanish, it's a bit of a mish mosh..
The first part "Soy una persona maravillosa"
means
"I am a marvelous person"
second part doesn't make much sense
"que es siempre erronea"
"who is always erroneous"
(Maybe meaning who always makes mistakes, or is always mistaken?)
the third part:
"ser algo o no soy <33"
"be something or I am not,<33"·
or perhaps...
"be something or not, I am <33"
that would depend on the punctuation

It doesnt make any sense in spanish, i believe the person who told you or write that used a translator.
Soy una persona maravillosa means im a wonderful person.
Que siempre erronea..-... it doesnt make any sense, maybe its like im always wrong???
ser algo o no soy.... again doesnt make any sense to me, its like to be someone or im not
Thats not Spanish !!

Star, it doesn't really make sense in Spanish.
First, mara villosa is spelled together, "maravillosa." Means 'marvelous.' "Erronea' means 'err.' "ser algo o no soy," means 'be something or not be...
So, loosely translated, "I am a marvelous person who errs; I am something or I'm not."

Literally: Am one person wonderful that is always mistaken to be something or not am
The first part is certainly something like "I am a wonderful person that is always..." and her the thing becomes more difficult because it is incorrectly written (Grammar) but I suppouse it is soemething like "mistaken in the decision of being someone or not being someone"
Hope it helps
