Bunch of really ignorant people have replied that this is excessive. If you're in your teens, twice a day is very moderate. I imagine the reason you'd tell her is that you'd like to have her participate. If you and she already touch each other's genitals, she might. If not, she might be spooked.

I agree with Scorpio11, it depends what your doing it to if its something that you think anyone would freak out to then you need to get some help.....your a guy and it is natural just be careful it's nothing that you can go to hell for like that kinky nasty stuff....mabe you should just talk to her about it, see what she says and if it's cool what she says then tell her. Well depends. Some girls mind but then others dont. The reason why girls mind is because then i guess you can say that the guy is very sexually active. Most girls are not very sexually active. But I dont think that you should tell her because that is not something that a girl wants to know, well at least i dont.

Depending on how open you are about your sexuality with her, how long you've been together and how long it's been going on. Women do not have this contstant pressure coming from the urgency and continuous maufacture of sperm. Girls are BORN with all the eggs they'll ever need, they don't have this pressure relaase problem and issue.
