I don't know what to do please help me! I got raped last night.

You poor thing! I've been there, done that. So here's my advice:
Take the clothes you were wearing, and place them in a plastic bag. Go to the ER, have a rape kit done. It's going to be embarrassing, and degrading, but it's necessary to make sure that there was no tearing of the vaginal walls, and to prevent pregnancy. I hope whoever the perpetrator was was clean, but they should give you testing to check for that. If you want to press charges, the hospital will call the police for you.
I hope you haven't taken a shower, but if you have, it's fine. Just make sure you tell the doctors. Most of the evidence will be on your clothes and in your vagina anyway.
Next, call the rape crisis center. Even if you have no signs of anything being wrong emotionally, it's going to be a good idea to get therapy. They're great at the crisis centers, they'll work with you for a payment plan.

My God I am so sorry. You must contact the police. I know you may have mixed feelings coming out telling someone, but this person must pay! Do you have a friend or relative you can talk to? You need someone you can rely on emotionally right now. Get a restraining order on this person in case he tries to contact you or come around again. He must be made to understand what he did was wrong. Get yourtself to the doc and get tested for std's and hiv. I know it sounds scary, but you gotta do it. Get counseling soon!

Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry. Talk to someone immediately, and try to get the police involved to find the jerk that did this to you. It might be hard, and you might be a little embarresed to talk to someone, but its a lot better than sitting around and letting this hurt weld up inside you.

don"t wash up or change your close just go to they nearest er and tell them you"ve been raped and they will contact they authorites who ever did this to you and it's not your fault you shouldn't blame yourself you need to go to they hospital as soon as you can even tell your parents or a teacher or a church pastor and they will help you .
