Probably a different, duller shade of pink. If the gray is lighter than the pink, it will be lighter, and if the gray is darker than the pink, it will be darker.

Well, cheap black paint is usually just a really dark shade of blue, green, or purple (usually blue, though), so it's likely that you'd get lavender (possibly a nice shade, maybe an icky one).
