The Y is making it girly
K= Kaden, Kaiden, Kadon, Kadan
C= Caden, Caiden, Caidon, Cadon, Cadan
Personally Id go with Caden it just looks the best I can see a man named Caden......not Kaydan lol
Good Luck with your baby!!!!! :)

Using the "Kay" is what makes it look girlie. Just use "Kadon" if you want it spelled with the "K" I have to say I like and know a couple people named "Caden"

Definitely either Kaden or Caden. Both look masculine without the "y".

They both sound great for the spelling. Caydon does seem more masculine. You could always put both spelling in a hat and pull one out and that will be the way you spell it.

Wow, what a beat name....I hate the new names people make up these days...Anyways, a nice masculine way to spell it would be, Cayden.

My best friend has a little boy named Kadan. It is speeled with a "K" and I don't think it looks like a girl. Maybe with the "y" it kinda looks girly.
I think if you are gonna use the "K" speel it one of these ways:
*Kadan
*Kadon
*Kaden
