Headache,diziness & aching body are normal for like the cold or something but Coughing up blood is pretty serious, depending on how much. Even if its just a little bit you should definatly go see a doctor as soon as possible, It may be nothing, but it could possibly be somehting very serious..get it checked out.

You need to be seen by a Dr. Throwing up blood is not normal under any circumstances. You may have a bleeding ulcer, and you can bleed to death or become septic due to infection. Call the Dr today, if possible.
