If its wrapped up good you can run hot water on it. Then try to get the frozen stuff inside it out as soon as you can. If you microwave it you'll mess it up, it starts to cook in some places. After you get the insides out, you can run hot water inside it. You can get it ready to cook in about 15 minutes.

They are all right, a microwave takes a few minutes, but if you have about 15-25 minutes you can fill up the kitchen with cold water and place the frozen chicken in it...and viola, in a bit longer time than the microwave it will be defrosted, it's quick, not as quick as microwave but definitely radiation-free.

you can defrost in the microwave, but to me it makes the chicken tough. I like to put it in the sink with tap water over it. It thaws pretty quick, and allows you to keep the chicken more fresh, and not have parts of the chicken toughened by defrosting in the microwave. You can change the water several times, and this will help to thaw it faster. Good Luck!

Place the frozen chicken in a big bowl and let the hot tap water run on it for a minute or two. Try soak it in as much hot water at the same time. Give few more minutes if it is still hard to cut.

if you are going to be cooking the chicken right away, put it in the microwave, if not to cook it right away then don't defrost it with microwave because it'll be in the danger zone of health issues. The safest and fast way is to put it under running tap water, or let it defrost in the fridge.

In the microwave.

If your microwave doesn't have a "defrost" option, you will need to adjust the percentage of microwaves or else you will cook the chicken.

The fastest is the microwave but it tends to make the chicken tough. Try giving yourself ample time by leaving it in the frig overnight. Thats the best way.

Put it in the Microwave, and press 'meat' then 'Defrost' or take it out of the freezer a couple hours early so by the time you go to make it its ready!

fill a sink with warm water (not hot) and submerge the chicken, still in its wrapping, in it. You might have to change the water a couple of times if it gets too cool. Works better than the microwave 'cause it doesn't make it tough.

You can leave it in a zip lock or some type of container that keeps the water away from it and soak it in hot water, microwaving tends to make it rubbery tasting if not done properly, I've never been able to microwave it without it being rubbery.
