Use a very gentle shampoo and a conditioner [these need not be expensive], but you need not use much and you most certainly do not have to wash it twice. Wash it daily, applying the shampoo to the crown of you head and gently massage with your finger tips. Draw the suds through you hair briefly, rinse well, and condition lightly. If the ends are dry, use a moisturizer, but only on the ends; don't rub it into your scalp. As you age, the hair oils tend to decrease, so the problem is not likely a lifelong one. Towel dry and if you must use a blow dryer, use it sparingly, especially on the ends.

I felt like no matter if I washed my everyday, it would feel icky by the end of the day. I don't know if this will help you, but I bought a clarifying shampoo (try Pantene) and it seems to work. I wash my hair every other day and it doesn't feel as icky as it used to even on the second day.

ok well what type of hair do you have if you have sort of thin hair go to lik wal mart and get a cheap 15 dollar straightner wash it let it air dry and then straighten it if your hair is course you will have to go sally beauty supply store and get a 60 dollar straightner it will totally work and dont use conditioning shampoo becuase that cuases your hair to get greasy like and u might need to try like dandruff shampoo even though u dont have dandruff becuase that is more likely to strip the grease out of your hair so u dont have 2 wash it daily

use oil free product and cut fried foods,
wash every day, but once a month try to give your self a hot oil treatment , buy one at the store , or use plain olive oil, leave in overnight and wash as normal.
