OOOOPS! Don't throw all that junk mail in your trash can, then pay someone to haul it away to a landfill! Take it to a recycling center where it can be turned into more paper!

REturn, REuse, REcycle....it's the best thing on Earth to do!

The same goes for cardboard; aluminum; plastics; styrofoam; newsprint; tin cans; magazines; used cooking grease; asphalt; oil; phone books; glass; old computers and microwave ovens; cell phones; scrap paper; CDs; and everything else that isn't completely biodegradable. Thanks for your help! -RKO-

One of the first things I learned in science class is that matter cannot be created or destroyed, it only changes form. So all we're doing is making useful stuff into garbage. We got plenty of room to pile it up and build apartment complexes on it. Sooner or later, we will run out of stuff to turn into garbage, though.

Not much more but you can reduce the amount of garbage you create aka unwanted junk mail by registering with the FTC to say no to unsolicited marketing. http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/alerts/optoutalrt.htm
Should eliminate a large amount of the unwanted mail.
