I took my boat to my sisters house with the intent to sell, because i don't have the driveway space to store it. When i found a buyer for the boat, I called and told her that i was coming to pick it up and she has hidden the boat from me. What is the fastest way to get it back, I will go to the extreme to get the boat back, it's a $30,000 boat and my name is on the title. thanks for the help

call the police and report the boat stolen, tell your sister will do this and she will go to jail for grand theft boating (lol)....
Tell her you want your boat back or you will sue her not only for the 30,000 but also for rental fees, and also make her pay the court cost.
Like everything there are two sides of every story did you happen to make an agreement with your sister like maybe you told her you would give her something for storing it for you and have not, well then you owe her and offer to pay her than maybe she will give you the boat back.

"She had hidden the boat from me." Did she say, "Hi, I've hidden your boat from you,ha ha ha?" Or did she explain what's going on? Sounds like there's more going on here than you've explained so far.

Clear questions, "Why did you hide the boat?, Where is the boat?, What can we do to resolve this?". Try to understand her answers throughly before making any decisions. Patience, she's your sister.

Cheers

it is simple....she stole it from you and you have the proof that it is your boat and you no longer have it. You know who stole it from you so it should be a simple matter for the police to sort out.

You said you were prepared to go to the extreme.

Sue her for wrongful conversion.
