Well, "love" here is an action verb and not an ooshy gooshy feeling. So even when I meet up with obnoxious people who could quite possibly be Satan, as a Christian God tells me to behave with loving actions. So, I guess, yes, in a way, true Christians "love" Satan.

I don't think that Satan should be love because he was thrown out of heaven because he was against god and his ruling and the only thing that he want is to spread evil upon the earth and among gods people When you speak about Christianity teaches to love your enemy mean that the people who are not save or even the one that is save but Satan is no where in that category because he is not save, he dont love jesus .

Interesting question, but sorry NO

Satan does happen to be mankind's #1 enemy but Satan is the Father of All Lies. He attempted to "set his throne against God's" and God says for us to Have No Other Gods Before Him.

In this case we must choose to follow God or Satan. You cannot serve two masters.

Some Christians believe that satan is a allegory or the personification of evil. It is a symbol for the lie that there can be a power opposed to God.

The way to handle satan is not to give him any power or credibility. Truth overcomes error every time.

No, because Satan is not human. He is the spiritual embodiment of evil. Christianity teaches us to love our human enemies because their souls may yet be won. Lucifer's soul is already lost and will never be redeemed because he will not turn away from the trap of his own pride.

Satan is the father of sin.
Christians are taught to hate ALL sin and to live a life of holiness.
The Bible says that we, humans, are not to curse Satan.
We are to leave to God all that is included in fighting Satan.

No it does not mean all christians loves Satan because no christian is as good and forgiving as Jesus Christ and God, we just have to try to love and forgive everyone else.

NO!...GOD is speaking concerning human beings who are being controlled by satan who are not quite there yet...but to still walk in love with everyone regardless of who they are! (Matt. 5:44)!....Ps. That doesn't mean that enemies can walk over believers or bully & push them around!.... so make sure you get the right meaning of GOD'S WORD!....ever heard of Touch Love!.....

Interesting observation. However, the teaching is to love one another as you do yourself...and not the 'enemy' per se.

i have thought of this many, many times. lucifer blew a really good thing. i feel sorry for someone who gave up so much, just over pride and the want to rule.

does he (lucifer) deserve pity? i dont know. if i could pray for his soul and he would be blessed, i would do so, because i personally detest knowing that anybody would suffer for eternityin a lake of fire.

would i take his side against God, because i feel sorry for him? no. i would not risk my immortal soul for anybody. as much as i love my wife and children, and would give my life for them without hesitation, i would not sacrifice my soul for anybody.

one of the reasons i pray and ask for forgiveness on a regular basis, because everyday of my life from pre-teen to my current ancient age, i have comitted a "white" lie or something that is against the word.
