When a person is physically ugly, can he or she still be attractive? For instance, I am downright ugly. I have a skinny face, a big nose, a long neck and balding. Even if I had a great personality, would women still find me attractive? If you had a choice between me and a stud-muffin soap-opera hottie hunk, and we both had the same great personality, who would you chose?

Beauty is subjective. What might be a soap-opera hottie hunk to one person might not appeal to another. Personally I think there are so many other facets to a person than just looks and personality. What does he do for living? Will he be away on business a lot? Does he have time to nurture a relationship? Does he want to raise a family? How does he treat his mama? All these things are factors to consider.
PS.... I think bald is sexy! Get a razor and shave your head. *wink*

Larry, it sounds like you might have some self esteem issues. But I can tell you without a doubt in my mind that people that are physically unattractive can become unbelievably attractive; and in the same light, guys that are unbelievably good looking can be ugly as soon as they open their mouths. Now, if you and Mr. Soap Opera have the same personality, it might present a problem. Not because he's more attractive, or you're less, but because your confidence, or lack of it, would get in the way. A woman wants a man that is confident, caring, and loving. Someone to make us laugh and care for us, no matter how crazy we may get. Nice guys don't finish last, doormats do. Remember that. Don't be a doormat, because you'll get walked on, but if you're nice and caring and treat her like a queen that she is *do be sure that you actually find a good woman before you continue to treat her like a queen*, and Mr. Soap Opera won't have a snowball's chance in hell. :) Hope this helps.

I think personality is what REALLY counts...its the most important thing...it just sucks that our society is so stuck on looks but there are still good hearted people out there! im sure you will find someone
