The fact that you're here asking this question shows that you have some reservations about her intentions. If you were attracted to her and wanted whatever she seems to be offering, you would just go without any question. But, either you're shy and just want a bunch of people to affirm what you already know, or you don't want what she's offering. If the last part is the case, tell her you're not interested in seeing her outside of school, but thanks. Don't make up a bogus excuse because she may not get the picture. But don't say something like "No, I think you want to f*#& me and I'm not interested!!"

Well of course you shouldn't! Why do you have a teacher at the age of 26? If you're at evening class might be a bit different, why don't you ask her to meet you after class instead and take it from there? How old is she?

Try looking her right in the eye and asking her why she wants to meet with you privately. If you don't feel right about it, tell her you aren't interested. It's obvious she is coming on to you and if you want her to - fine but it could cause repercussions later. If you aren't interested put the brakes on now.

no you may have had a date (which is what i see this as) if she was not your teacher but as she is you must keep the teacher / student relationship rules.
