Want to know where to find truly helpful, kind, genuine answers?

Guess what? It's not in the Religion & Spirituality Section. I asked a question in Home and Garden and I didn't recieve a single rude, mean or silly answer. I know drain pipes don't solicit the same amount of emotion as some other topics, but it was really refreshing. I think that section has really evolved...

Well, it seemed like satan came against my drainpipes, but thankfully, now they are saved. Hallelujah.

Its one of those pick and choose situations. Sometimes you luck out and find a decent person who will give a decent answer. Then theres other times when you give cynical or rotten answers when you run into someone who is vile and filthy. It angers one when running into this sort and I personally have had an answer deleted for what was called chatting but yet yahoo lets others ask these filthy, rotten questions that degrade women, children, sexual love, anything they can find to make a filth issue out of. I personally ignore most of them, but if I'm in a testy mood, I sometimes answer back and give it to them in the same mode as they asked. I really enjoy this site and would appreciate decent question, answers and people. It would be great to find that more often, wouldn't it?? Nice to meet someone as pleasant as you are.......good hunting......

Satan doesn't care much about drain pipes. But he does want to lead people away from Jesus being the only way to salvation. That makes for a lot of rude comments.

P.S. I've seen some people who say they are Christians being pretty "rude" too....I'm very sorry about that.

Don't say evolved, there are a lot of evolutionists here and they go wild..
There are some sincere answers here, but you have to sift through them.. Some of the folks here are anti God and anti Christian and in the lawn and garden section you don't find that.. Nobody is anti grass, or trees..

By its nature, questions about spirituality elicit just as many unflattering and sometimes downright inflammatory responses as does anything else we cannot clearly define. When it comes to drain pipes and toilets...sure there's an occasional wise-cracker who just can't stand how smart he/she thinks of themselves...but, on the whole, you'll get 'real' answers...thoughtful answers... I have to agree with your perspective, there's a whole lot of nuttin' being said on a lot of these questions!

Now you've done it. Some idiot will go in there and ask them if they think Satan is in their drain pipes, or if we ought to feed drano to some religious group they don't like.

Hi there..... of course there will be a fight in this section. That is an example of the fight between good and evil.. Not to be dramatic....I would look into an interdenominational Christian church for solid answers. When you are ready, and can descern between all of this , come back..

It's like the civility in a reference library. No one goes there with emotional baggage to dump. I imagine we could grow some good flowers with all the fertilizer you can find here, though.

I know what you mean. I think there are some intelligent people on here sometimes, it just depends. I have gotten some pretty good answers in different sections.
