Well because we are sex driven. Its a reflex. See hot girl, get horny and aroused. Cause we may just need it. We really can't control it too much. If it wants to come up, well its gonna come up! Women will never understand it. We are so visually driven.

its evolution
guys can get several girls pregnant in 9 months but girls can only get pregnant once, so girls being as horny as guys wouldn't be of much use since they no matter how much sex the have they can only pass their genes on once every 9 months
also its part of society pushing stereotypes on people
