Its something that will kill you, thats if your luck it can cause perm brain damage and you have to live your life in an institution

I had a guy friend of mine die when he was in High School. That was over 15 years ago. His family actually went on Oprah talking about that horrible death. He took a rope and placed it around his closet and then put it around his neck as he got himself off, he leaned forward and it cuts off your air supply, but many times you end up hanging yourself.

This is basically where you choke yourself with a noose or something. Some people get off on this but if not done properly, you can die from choking or hanging yourself.
