I am so sorry to hear this, being a survivor myself. I want to share that Years ago I was in a 3 year controling relationship with my daughters dad. I lived with the man, but yet he raped me often.
It is never your fault, and I would most defintaly turn him in. She can start by calling RAINN.........www.rainn.org It is tollfree and they can give information on the best way to go about handling the situation.
Tell your friend that she has taken the biggest step by telling someone about it!
God Bless

Yes..this is rape. She said no and he did it anyway. I know she is scared. I have been raped and didn't tell anyone so he got away with it. But I recommend that she do it and tell other her parents ( I don't know how old she is). It can ruin the way of life and the way she feels about other people later on. I hope she can get some help.. good luck.

Rape is a serious word..... VERY. I think if she had told him to stop and tried to get away from him that yeah it is rape. I know people who said no but kept on with the motions this to me is not rape. I am unsure of the situation and I hope your friend figures out what to do.

Not put herself in that kind of situation again and be more careful about who you trust, remember X-files? Take a martial arts class and protect yourself better.
If she didn't do anything already(like call the cops), she probably enjoyed it. Too many girls lie about this sort of thing and it makes it harder for the REAL rape victim to put a dirtbag in jail.

well of course every1 knows that if u say no it means no what she needs 2 do is get a restraining order against him call the police and never talk to him again cuz if he did it once and got away with it then hell do it again so for her saftey thats what she should do and if she gets a restraing order than shell be safe cuz if he violates that that is consider an assault so do the best yet safe thing

im only 14

When this guy went on after being told to stop, then IT IS RAPE. What she should do is up to her. This guy will likely rape again.

she can always get arestraining order but on him or when she goes out for awhile make sure shes in a grp of people. but it is considered rape and she has to tell someone if she doesnt then you should keep encouraging her and recommend a womens counciler
