How do I create a folder in MS outlook so i can see all emails in all folders?

Because I am afraid sometimes I click on a message in my "unread" folder and then it disappears because I have rules created to send them to their designated folder. So I want a way to see every email in all folders.

The only way you would really be able to do that is to do an Advanced search from your main folder and choose to search all folders for something like the letter "a".
