yeah, i know what you mean -- i used to eat late at night all the time. but i told myself i want to stop eating late at night because i can really feel that it's taking a toll on my health (read; weight gain). at first it was tough because my stomach was growling and it was painful (hunger pangs) what i did was i bought one of those cereal/fiber drinks that you can mix with milk and drink it warm -- it made me feel fuller without taking in a lot of calories (use skim milk) and i weaned myself off the drink from 1 cup, to half a cup to nothing and now i don't look for anything at midnight anymore. once your stomach has gotten used to it, don't train it again to eat at midnight.

lol we have the same problem, i get hungry around 10 to 12:00 mid night. I know its not good for the body, but i also cant sleep because I'm hungry.
So every time i feel hungry i just drink tons of water, the problem is your trip to the bathroom doubled. So the best thing that work for me is "sleep early"

Try to have six small meals in a day, which will make you full for 24 hours. Drink just the right amount of water. Oh yeah, brush your teeth. The chemicals in the toothpaste make you lose your appetite

Eat celery or cucumbers they are almost no calories and will never put weight on you. no dips though. Brush your teeth when you get hungry and it will help you not to want to eat. Take a hot bath with candles and bubbles. Read a fitness magazine or get on the internet and research ways to diet.

You eat dinner a bit on the late side, you brush and floss your teeth, and you pretend with all your might that you really cannot eat after that. You tell yourself that it is a very very very very bad thing to do and a slippery slope.

that's hard to resign doing it in one day. the first element you want to do is replace what you settle on to ruin your self. rather accomplishing for the bread how about figuring out on something you want it is decrease in energy (operating example yogurts or grapes or non-sweetened warm chocolat). Or how about getting chewing gum - that provides you with the sensation of ingesting without extremely ingesting. the 2d element to do is to commence going to mattress before. if you're actually not wakeful, the temptation to devour isn't there. The 0.33 element to regulate your reward progression. How about looking something to encourage you now to not devour. operating example in case you cope with now to not binge on the nighttime, have a effective bath before going to mattress. Thr fourth element is do something contained in the nighttime. after I extremely have not something to do or if i'm basically sat in the front of the television I have a tendency to devour moe. How about going for a stroll after dinner. the elements is nicer now, it is going to keep you busy and wil launch endorphins.
