my 25 yr step daughter, and my wife's best all work together....anyways i was caught in the supply room by my step daughter with my wife's best friend....now she is black mailing me to be with her...she is out of control....plays footsy under the confenece table, she takes advantage on me under my desk while on the phone with clients, she sends crazy emails on her fanasties, and she is becoming very possesive....her daughter even went as far as to leaving a pair of her panties in my coat pocket, and my wife found them....i told it must have gotten mixed up in the laundry....my wife apologize for that, and she will pay more attention when doing the laundry...can i press charges at work against her daughter?

You didn't say what exactly you were caught doing with your wife's best friend. Were you kissing, or were you in flagrante delicto? The best thing you could do is come clean with your wife - her supposed "best friend" forcing herself on you is something she needs to know about right away. You can work through the other issues together and solve that problem pronto. That's the only way the best friend won't hold anymore power over you. I would also go to the HR department at work and discuss the situation, but be honest about getting caught in a compromising position. Ask them for help - this is definitely sexual harassment.

if she is doing this at work, then yes you can. But once you do, she will probably tell your wife that it was you coming on to her, and that she caught you and the friend in the supply room. It will probably open a big can of worms for you and you will have some explaining to do. If you are uncomfortable with her, then tell her first to cut it out or you will report her, and if that don't work, then report her and then talk to your wife and beg for her forgiveness on the best friend deal. The best thing to do is be honest.

well yes you can but who are they going to believe you dont have a change you need to quit that job or you are going to lose your wife marriage and your job sooner or later if you dont get a handle on this right know it bad enough that you had to lie to your wife about under panty i think they made a movie about this with Michael Douglas i just cant think the name of the movie.well any way you need to go and find you a other job real quick or be honest with your wife and if she love you and trust you then i would press charges against that other girl so it up to you and the next time she send you e- mail copy them and save them for proof.and were a wire with you when you go to work and record any conformation that you and her have if any that day and if you can say to her what are you trying to do with my life bye black mailing me when you know nothing happen and if you can get that on tape you won the case.

You need to tell your wife the truth about both situations, show her the emails from her daughter, she needs to see them, ok, you might even get away with just showing the emails.... but what are you doing with her best friend??? break it off with one of them. and definitely tell her about her daughter she deserves to know and have a chance to get counseling for the two of them, obviously some major issues if her daughter is trying to go for you as her step dad.

to answer your main question yes yes and yes this is sexual harassment not matter who the person is.

Yes, document all past incidences, best to keep quiet for a week or so, and save all those malicious emails as proof, and then contact HR. They will fire hire on the spot, if proven guilty.

No just tell your wife, it could be a set up! If you're telling the truth you have nothing to lose.
