If you're planning on sleeping with a girl and it's her first time, the best way to go would be standard missionary, and go....VERY....slowly, its going to be painful no matter how "warmed up" she is.

I think the best is the girl being on the bottom. She has to get used to it. Her being on top or in any other position may cause her more pain or even uncomfortable.
