Should I go on a airplane with with swollen,hurting glands and a mild ear ache?

Ive done it before. I had a slight cold, and the pressure in my ears from the elevation was almost intolerable. If I have a cold now, I take a decongestant before flying. But check with your doctor. I'm just an accountant.
