Did Allah sent only Prophets and not Prophetess? Is this true or because Islam is totally a male dominated religion, have they purged the mention of Prophetess?

The reason why God sent Prophets and NOT Prophetess in every single religion and not just Islam is because it's in a man's human nature to be stronger which means that he can take on battles/wars, violence and physical torture better than a woman can. Also a man can be put into less derogatory situations than a woman such as rape, emotional abuse, physical abuse and so on.
Prophet Mohammad's Wives and Daughter's are considered to be part of the backbone of Islam. Islam was spread with their help by supporting the Prophet, memorizing his teachings, observing his behavior and teaching others.
