No, Israel does not use the Scud series missile ot its derivatives.

I doubt it unless they capured some in the wars with Syria and Egypt back in the 60's and 70's

The Scud-B are really low tech so I doubt the Israeli's would have them in inventory.

No. The scud is a particular type of rocket based on an old Soviet design.

Israel has other (mostly home grown) types of long distance rocket.

nope. SCUD is old soviet hardware. i saw a IDF patriot missile truck on the news the other week though.

No, Israel doesn't have much old Soviet hardware, they buy 90% of their gear from the U.S. and NATO and make the rest at home.
