I don't think you can lose fat ,but I know if you do it everyday and do it an hour or two a day you will tighten up your thighs and it will help out with your jumps

yes, any kind of activity will help you lose weight. especially at your age.

that will help cause its exercise....but you also have to start watching what you eat...and maybe doing some light weight-lifting. it helps alot to raise your metabolism.
