Contrary to popular belief, schizophrenia is NOT "split personality".
A person with schizophrenia has delusions, sometimes hears voices, but this all comes (they feel) from outside of themselves.
A person with a true split personality (multiple personality or dissociative Identity disorder) has the voices coming from within themselves, and identifies with truly being split into two or more parts.
This may be meant as a joke, but at least get your facts straight!!
