You don't, you just pay attention to the signs. Like, does he spend time away from home that he has no explanation for, does he suddenly care how he looks, does he suddenly wear cologne, is he suddenly secretive and accusing you of invading his privacy. Lots of little common sense things, basically if things change all of the sudden as yourself why

You will "KNOW". There will be too many signs and your gut feelings... If he is suddenly at work long hours, or coming home freshly showered. Hang up phone calls.. his cell phone is being guarded so you cant accidentally see who's been calling or who is in his call list... new underwear... new clothing that is a bit of a change for him.... a change in his tastes... You'll know...

You look for warning sings for ex: Keeping his phone off when around you or not answering certain calls. Spending less time with you, acting different with you, Coming home late or should i say early in the morning. Honestly trust you're gut feeling. It never lies. Good luck!!!!!!!!

And the whole once a cheater always a cheater is not always true. I cheated on my last gf a couple times and it ruined our relationship and I will never do it again if im really into the girl.

His pattern will start to change and he will be missing for a couple of hours here and there. He also may stop answering his phone during this time

He comes in late
He always has to work
He changes his normal routine
He is always accusing you of cheating
He does not answer his phone in front of you
