You don't. If he doesn't think he's too old to be doing this, then it's not your place to try and make those judgements for him.

He's an adult, and if you are as well then you need to just let him be. If you're still a child, then you might want to ask him to spend a bit more time at home, as you miss having him around, but you still do not get the right to tell him how he has to behave.

....you only get to do that when you have kids of your own, and even then only to them.

Maybe your dad is having a mid life crisis. But if he's been doing this for many years then someone should have a chat with him. You can bring it up to him if you feel that it's your place to do so, but really the one who should be talking to him about this would be his wife. She needs to let him know that she isn't going to put up with the late nights, the affairs, etc.
You can let him know what a poor example he is setting for you and that you don't respect how he is living his life. There is nothing wrong with you talking to him, just be sure that you don't overstep your boundaries.

As long as his wife doesn't have a problem with him clubbing and he isn't cheating on her it doesn't matter. There's nothing wrong with going clubbing at the age of 40. You really need to rethink your ideas on appropriate behavior. I know plenty of married people that hit the the pubs and clubs on the weekends.

Let the man rock on, just as long as you guys don't show up at the same club, of course. And if you do, claim you don't know each other and you've never seen each other. Does it really effect your life in any way?

This might be the excitement that your father missed out on when he was younger so leave him along and let him have fun because you only have one life to live so have fun while living it.

I am sorry sweetie but I don't know if it is up to you to tell him.

If your mom does not mind and he is having fun and being faithful, what is the big deal?

Ol' folks need to have fun too!

It's probably a mid-life crisis. Just let him keep going; he'll give it up in a few years as he accepts his aging.
