Is it okay to eat the majority of your points for dinner?
I usually dont feel hungry till later in the day, so i store my points for dinner time. I usually have a low point breakfast and lunch.
(like 3 points for breakfast and maybe 3 pts for lunch)

So long as you eat all of your points for the day, its ok to store up as many as you like throughout it. If you're not hungry in the morning or around lunch that's fine.

I was just always told you *have* to get in all of your points. It's just better to space them more throughout the day cause then you don't go to bed on a full stomach.

Good luck!

personally i wouldn't recommend it just for the fact that breakfast helps to jump start your body's energy and metabolism in the morning and keep you going throughout the day. perhaps try eating small and then slowly building up to larger meals for breakfast and lunch. or you could also eat small meals throughout the day instead. eating a really heavy dinner is never a good idea as the body starts winding down towards the evening hours. if you eat late you don't want that sitting in your stomach overnight because your body won't digest it as well and over time it may prove to detrimental to your weight loss goals.

Yes, its OK, as long as you are eating before 7pm. After that, just drink water. No snacking late at night. Be sure to eat something for breakfast and lunch, even if it is only a few points, good luck on your weight loss!!

The whole idea of Weight Watchers is knowing when you need to eat versus when you want to eat. If you don't feel hungry until later in the day, then you aren't doing anything wrong and it should be an effective way of maintaining your points.

It's really better for your metabolism to spread your calories throughout the day.
