They are all badly spelled terms of abuse in Spanish. Really, they are not worth translating, as it is all vulgar slang--and badly spelled and in the wrong tense.
But since you asked, 'chinga' is the 'F' word; "wey" should be 'buey,' and it means 'castrated male ox;' 'peneja' should be "pendejo or pendeja" and it means pubic hair. 'Idioto' should be 'idiota,' and it means what you think: Idiot. "pinche" is spelled correctly. It literally means 'stingy.' "Vato" is slang for guy, or as someone else said, 'homeboy.'

KEEP IN MIND THIS IS MOSTLY SPANISH SLANG FROM MEXICO
PINCHE means f*cking
GÜEY means someone who either is really really dumb or his significant other is cheating on him/her, also used like 'my n*gga' it is not polite or even pc but some guys call each other that?!? BUEY is something else.........
PENDEJA (O) means someone who is really stupid, again, really rude, ending in -o- is male, ending in -a- is for a female
CHINGA means 2 things, one is 'ponerte una ch*inga' means to kick your *ss, the other one is to 'f*ck over' litterally and figuratively
AGAIN, THIS IS SLANG AND YOU WILL SOUND REALLY GHETTO IF YOU USE THEM.......
