Same as a domestic US flight. Valid Gov't (Any gov't) photo ID for domestic travel. Whatever the requirements are for foreign travel is fine for Amtrak to Canada as well.

you always need your id like a drivers license, but other than that just your ticket! Have a great trip!!

Ticket and photo ID. They check the IDs randomly. I've never been stuck without one, so I don't know what they do if you don't have one, but they have checked mine before.
