Because at this age your testosterone level is peaking.......it's all about the hormones at this point in your life....unfortunately the ladies in your age range have yet to hit their peak. Women hit their peak in their early thirties and forties!!! So while your wanting to get action, most girls in your age range would rather shop and hang out!!!!

Everyone gets that way around that age. Maybe your are so interested in it because you never had it. If that is the case go find a girl and have sex. You will enjoy it and maybe afterwards you will not be so horny.

its normal its your body going through changes as you get older. it gets worst when you are two days before your period. I am not sure if I am talking to a girl or guy. but for guys its normal also.
