Who does the comminity rating thing?

I asked a BOLD question, got GREAT thought provoking answers
from all angles, chose a best answer even though they all were great, gave feed back and yet some how my community rating is a thumbs down. Whos the dweeb or lifeless hackeysacks behind this? REVEAL yourself!!!!!

I've had the same thing happen to me. I think some on here just rate a thumbs down toget a point. I don't think they even read the question or answer.
