Sometimes it is good or suitable to let your tear flow. It's kind of hard to hide your emotion if you're already emotional, then be honest and natural.

Or you need to practice being tough like rocks.
You might want to think that, "It's not that bad to cry," or "People are watching me."
Watching movie is a good way to practice to, says to yourself, "This is not true -- the violent scene with someone dead." "That is a visual effect -- no one in that fire." To name a few.

Breathe....think of something else. I really don't know, because I have a hard time not showing my emotions.

bleh.. i hate it. i just keep bite my lips and taking in deep breathes. and as soon as i'm out of public i drain out all of my emotions. chewing gum might be helpful.. thinking about something happy? doesn't help it makes things worse.. because u cry as u'd rather be in that situation.

tilt your head back a few inches to get some of the drops back in.

or just pretend to sneeze and wipe your tears when you cover your mouth and nose with your elbow.

I just take a deep breath, swallow hard... and when I get home, I lock the doors and let it all go!
