i have super-fine hair. its very straight and very flat. i usually keep it cut short cause i can use pommade and other products to make it look cute....however, i want to grow my hair out because its been short for so long!!

its about shoulder length but its so flat and life-less. what can i do thats not too expensive that will make my hair thicker or more voluminous!?

Use coconut oil! After shampoo, pour oil over hair, leave on 15 minutes ,rinse only with water, no conditioner , blow dry and fluff it up. you can put a bit of mousse.

Try a body wave. It's like a perm, but not as curly. Then add some highlights and lowlights. That would look really cute.

Maybe stop using conditioner... I tends to weigh down hair. You can purchase volumizing shampoo and just not use conditioner. This tends to help mine.
