Well, it could be his sister if possible. What about this go on a date with him and ask him if he has any sisters? If he says no then ask him who was talking all those things when he was on the phone. Ig his face turns suspicious then dump him and and dump food on him. Hahahaha! I'm playing you don't have too do that. But be sure of what is happening before you move on.

this girl in the background could simply be flirting with your guy and trying to split you and him up. He may indeed love you. or he may be calling to tell you he loves you because he has done the deed and cheated on you with the girl you can hear.
the only way to know for sure is to make him take a polygraph test. or just sit him down and ask him outright what the girl was doing saying what she was saying.
did your guy ask the girl to be quiet while he was on the phone to you? if not then the chances are high that he is not cheating with her, and she was just being silly.

get a guy in the background on your end next time you talk to him..show him how it feels...maybe even a buddy of his...
you can have even more fun, a couple calls later have a girl in the back ground on your end saying the same kind of stuff his girl is sayin

girls can be bitches maybe this other girl likes your guy, but if your guy is calling you despite there is other girls around and he's telling you he loves you then your just going to have to go with that until you find out if he's playing you or not

It could just be a friend confront him tell him u heard stuff in the background and if he says its nothing then just be careful and one day go over there when he says he has to study or whatever and just go over there unexpectedly. If you think you love him stay with him and do wut i said previously if not break the hell up wit him!!!!

hmm i wouldnt jump to the first conclusion that he's cheating....it's always good to know the real story first b4 jumpin to the first conclusion cuz this might start chaos and a path down the wrong road for ur relationship
