I swear to you that vinegar will do the trick! You will smell like a douch bag, but the pain will go away. Blot it on with a cotton ball every 15-30 minutes for as long as you can handle the smell & within 12-24 hours it won't hurt anymore.

The first thing with any burn everyone forgets you have to stop the burn fill you tub with cool water, not cold with ice, when the water starts to get warm add cool to it. And pour in a bottle of Apple Cider Vinegar it will help the healing. after your out of the tub keep un diluted vinegar on you you won't even know your burned!

Since I burn a lot, I keep a bottle of aloe gel with 'soothacaine' in the refrigerator. Keep the burn well hydrated. To avoid the burn all together, use sun screen. I use "Durascreen". Order it on line if you can't find it in the store. It is a little expensive, but well worth it.

Aloe vera. The real stuff from the plant, not the fake bottled crap.

take a lukewarm shower.
make it cooler, but not cold water. Just stay there in the shower.
A&D ointment can make it hurt less or heal faster.
