The first five books of the Bible are Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Deuterotomy, and Numbers, and are considered the Hebrew Torah for the Jews, and accepted by Christians and Muslims. Jews, Christians, and Muslims all worship the same one god, however there are important distinctions between the three religions. Jews do not accept the Qu'ran or the New Testament of the Bible, Christians do not accept the Qu'ran and unlike the others believe that Jesus was the son of God, while Jews and Muslims do not think he was. However, Muslism do believe that Christ was a very wise and important religious and philosophical leader.

Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy
Israelites(Jews) and Christians accept them as the original scriptures.
Muslims accept parts of Genesis, but have a real problem with Isaac being the chosen son of Abraham. THey believe that Ishmael was the chosen one and the bible has it written down wrong. This is because Muslims are descendents of Ishmael and not of Isaac. IT is also the reason for all the fighting between the two. Both believe the land was promised to them by GOD and will fight until GOD stops them.

That would be the Torah, which is as mentioned by others... Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy.
Jews and Christians alike accept the authority of these books. But Muslims only honor that authority in word, not in practice. They maintain that the scriptures have become corrupt and, while they will use some scriptures to try to support their religion, they will reject the validity of any passage that is damaging to their own faith.
So, no, Muslims do not really accept these books.

All the bibles I have read are ordered like this: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy. I know most Christians read them like this and Christian bibles are published in this order but I don't even know if Jews read their own bible like how Muslims read the Koran.

Gensis, Exodus, Leviticus, Deuteronomy, Joshua.
Not sure what it is that Muslims believe, but Christians and Jewish people do.
The first 5 are the Torah.

Visit a bookstore and look at the many versions of the Torah. They are written in Hebrew with English translations alongside. They all have footnotes with explanations of the different translations. I guarantee you'll find the commentaries fascinating!
They are also for sale at many synagogues, but not on Saturdays.
Shalom
