It's simple =)

A = 4
B = 3
C = 2
D = 1
F = 0

For example, lets say you took 4 classes and you got three A's and one B

4+4+4+3 = 15 divided by 4 = 3.75.

That would be your GPA.

ok, i'll give you some examples...first of all

A=4
B=3
C=2
D=1
F=0

If you took Five Classes, this is how you could figure it out...
Keep in mind that classes can range from 0-5 hours (on average in college) if you took it as Pass/Fail, or it was not worth any hours, it won't go into the figuring...this is based on a points system
Philosophy-(3hrs Credit) = A 3hrs X 4(a) - 12
Politics 3 hrs. Credit = B 3hrs X 3(b) - 9
Math 3 hrs. Credit = C 3hrs X 2(c) - 6
History 2 hrs. Credit = A 2hrs X 4(a) - 8

Total points (far right)...35
35/(total hours - 11) = 3.18

GPA 3.18

If this is too confusing, email me at aliann_123@yahoo.com with your grades and I won't mind figuring it for you.

4 pt for A, 3 pt for B, 2 pt. for C, and a million pt. for D. upload pts. then divide with suggestions from # of instructions. social gathering, an A and a B. 4 pts + 3 pts= 7.0 divide with suggestions from 2 = 3.5 GPA. Non credit classes shouldn't were graded.
