It is Standard Op, and you should have that at the Staff Duty desk already. If it is not, try talking to the S-1/G-1 or whoever is tasked with the duty schedule about where it is or who is supposed to be creating it. If they are not making one and they don't have one, then they need to create one, ASAP.

This is probably not something you are going to find in the internet. At the bare minimum that document would be classified as 'For Official Use Only.'

I think the correct terminology is "Standing Operating Procedures". Could be wrong though...
