her lips are slightly swollen and she has bumps under her skin. she has had them for 3 days and they dont seem to bother her ( i dont think). what could it be from

Dogs can have allergic reactions to things just like people. Take the dog to the vet. Dogs can't talk so they can't tell you if is bugging them or not.

That does sound like hives--maybe she was stung by a bee. If it has lasted three days and hasn't gotten better it is best to take her to the vet. If it is an allergic reaction, they may give her a steroid or antihistimine shot and/or prescribe benadryl.

she might have got stung by a be or wasp if it dosent get better in 2 or 3 days you should take your dog to the vet it could be somthing serious
