we had a nice relationship but there was alot of arguments towards the end the love was still there but the relationship had to end because i became verbally abusive. after the break i began to take anger management classes and now i couldnt honesty say i have much improve
i talk to my x from time to time and have accepted the fact we are not together but to chi chat with her is too much
she plays too many games, sends me mix message, one day she express love to me the next she plays games
sends me pics of herself and her family to get my attention
we are only friends, why does she like to toy with me??
this person was once a loving and caring person and to see her act like this hurts me but it allows me to open my eyes that the break up was needed
why does she acts this way and plays these games???

it sounds to me like she has a obsesive compulsive personality
and she is still in love with you but she holds a grudge ageants you, therefor shell do any thing to keep on hurting you, its time to toughen up and let her go,
i had that very same problem except I was the one doing the abuseiing and it took five years to learn to forgive her trust me let her go my freind

How is sending pictures of her and her family playing games? If you guys used to date you know these people and she is probably just being thoughtful by sending current pictures. As far as the I love you maybe she does. That doesn't mean she is in love with you. It just means she cares. It sounds like you are a little obsessed if a picture your ex and her family is causing this much problem. You did say you guys were friends right? My guess is she is still a loving and caring person who still cares for you but when she tells you that you take it as "She loves me and wants to be with me". Maybe she just means I still care but I haven't seen enough change to be willing to take the chance of a relationship again.
However if there are other games besides the pictures and the I care then I could be wrong. But with the info. you gave that is the best I can guess.
