I love to use a gel and then a spray...my favs are Curls Up by FX Special Effects and then for the spray I love Sprunch Spray by Aussie and they both smell great too....

use tresseme volume big boost spray it comes in a small black bottle you'll know it when you see it. apply it to wet hair, and your result will be wavy.
