We would realize that if we are able to coordinate 6 billion people from 191 different countries to step outside and say huh at the same time that we could solve more important problems like world hunger or war. Then we would join hand in hand and sing "Give Peace A Chance" in 3,000 different languages.

Then we'd have such a sudden dangerous rate of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and any other gases that we exhale. Then the polar ice caps would melt because of global warming and it'd be all your fault because you suggested we look like the unknowing humans we are to step out and say "huh?". Just speculation of course. Nice question!

somewhere far far away an alien planet will explode because everyone knows that aliens will die if they hear the word huh so if many aliens did at once the alien god will be so angry that all his creations died and his planet is useless so he'll explode it will a atomic bomb.

after we said it, we'd all look at each other and say "huh?" Hopefully that wouldn't go on too long so we could get on with our lives.

not much, the human ear can only pick up sound in a relativly short radius so at most you might here your neighbors say it but not the whole world.
