i want to know if DNA can prove if me and my Brothers daugter are sisters

DNA would show that you are related, but it would not show you as sisters. It would show you had a common female ancestor.

If you and your brothers daughter are sisters, doesn't that either mean that your brother is your father, or her mother is your mother? And yes DNA testing will prove it.

dna would show that you are related because you and your brother share parents but you and his daughters it would be shown that you are related not sister you and your brother contain the same dna but you have 60% of your mothers genes and 40% of your fathers genes while your brother has the opposite 60% of his fathers and 40% of his mothers genes.

Yes it will, but the test is very expensive and you would have to have your brother's permission.
