I once lost abt 8kg in 2 months without doing much. I call this my miracle plan..
I drank quite a bit of plain water daily. Abt 3-4L daily. It fills your stomach, suppresses your diet slightly so you feel full faster. On top of that, water aids the flushing out of toxins from our body too. I still continue to eat everything without restrictions. But i cut my portion to halves. While u get to satisfy your cravings, n water fills your stomach up, n if u're willing to give it a little more effort like walking more, working longer hours, or SLEEP MORE.. Results will show soon.
N i really dont think there is much side effects to this since there's no medications involve. Jus eat less n drink more water. Work work work.. earns more money at the same time! *lolz...*

No dieting. Just changing some thing you eat. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.
Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

Drink lots of fresh, pure cold water all day, especially right before eating anything solid. A full 8 oz. glass of water FIRST. Then eat whatever it is that you were going to eat anyway. Keep doing this and you will see the pounds come off. This is not dieting, but filling up your stomach with water, leaving less room for food (of any kind). It works, and you will see results in a week if you faithfully drink all this water.

if we knew that no one would ever be fat, unless they wanted to be right! More often you need to eat better, eat more often , not eat late at night. Yet the opposite of what I usually do, I barely eat, than I remember I haven't eaten anything all day and have to eat some high priced almost healthy food some where along the way on my way home at 6ish than a little something when I get home. The WORST!
I would like to know if that blue print thingy they sell on tv has worked for anyone.

There is no healthy way that lets you lose weight without some form of dieting or exercising. Nothing that lets you keep the weight off, anyway.

isagenix without a doubt. do a nine day cleanse and feed your body the nutrients it needs. i did one and lost 15 lbs in 9 days and 28.5 inches off my body.you should exercise because it is good for you of course, but ridding your body of toxins is very important. ask a chiropractor or massage therapist and they will tell you. like i said i did it,it made me a believer. i feel better than i ever have in my life, so i signed up to be a member. they have many testimonials and sucess stories on there like mine.good luck.if you want to ask me more about it you can. go to my yahoo.360 page.

I would suggest getting some dietary pills to just increase metabolism just don't increase food intake. o yeah and get off your lazy fat *** you don't even deserve to lose weight if you can't get off your *** and really want to do it. This has got to be the stupidest thing i have ever read. If your rich go get lipo or gastric bypass, but you would probably gain it all back from not doing anything.

cut back your meal size to about 70% of what you normally eat and instead increase number of meals a day. Eating every 3-4 hours keeps your metabolism high.
If skipping fried food is an option that is the best thing I have ever done...
